CIBC AT GOVERNOR’S SQUARE

CIBC Platinum Centre fit-out. Concept to Completion, Cayman Islands. 2,500 sq. ft.

Conceived as CIBC Caribbean’s “branch of the future,” the Platinum Centre reimagines the customer journey around a sculpted ABM lobby. In this inviting, technology-forward space, most transactions begin and end. Brand-red walls and halo-lit portals signal clarity and speed, while the remainder of the branch shifts to a warmer register: Contemporary offices and meeting suites with clean lines, wave-textured wall panels recalling the sea, and finely tuned lighting.

Internal glass partitions deliver transparency and daylight, tempered by acoustic comfort. A palette of warm woods, luxury textures and precise detailing conveys CIBC’s friendly, human-centred service—Caribbean in spirit, international in polish.

harbour walk public spaces

Harbour Walk mixed-use development, fit-out. Concept to Completion, Cayman Islands. 60,000 sq. ft.

Harbour Walk is among Cayman’s first true mixed-use precincts—conceived to let residents live, work, exercise and entertain without leaving the address. Our brief spanned the public realm, office fit-outs, and the interiors of every apartment type, demanding a coherent language across a complex program.

Grounding materials—textured stones and warm mineral finishes—anchor the common areas, while lush landscaping in a central courtyard draws light and nature deep into the plan. Subtle, layered lighting and clear directional signage choreograph movement from reception through lobbies and corridors to shared offices, kitchen and conference spaces. The palette remains quiet and contemporary, so the tropical greens and sky do the talking.

Apartment interiors maximise volume and outlook within compact footprints: Clean lines, integrated storage, and private outdoor space with views to the courtyard or surrounding district. The tone is calm and modern—Cayman Islands luxury living made practical for everyday life.

DOMINION OFFICES AT CAMANA BAY

Dominion offices at Camana Bay, fit-out. Concept to Completion, Cayman Islands, 1,000 sq. ft.

For a high-performing financial services team, Dominion’s workplace is deliberately simple—an open, light-washed plan that supports deep concentration. Exposed concrete ceilings and linear lighting bring a crisp, modern cadence; pale greys and soft textures keep visual noise to a minimum. Frosted blue desk screens echo the sea and pair with Dready artwork to root the space in Cayman.

sportista AT CAMANA BAY

Sportista at Camana Bay, fit-out. Concept to completion, Cayman Islands, 1,000 sq. ft.

Generous glazing frames tropical foliage, while the reception offers a polished client journey. The result is a compact, highly functional space that is distinctly Camana Bay: clean lines, refined details, and effortless daily flow. Sportista translates its online momentum into a compact, high-impact store at Camana Bay.

The layout prioritises flow and sightlines: low tables for quick-grab apparel, perimeter walls for category storytelling, and a feature footwear wall for hero products. A matte-black open ceiling lowers the visual horizon to eye level, keeping focus on the merchandise. Layered track and pendant lighting add drama and crisp colour rendering; brand graphics and playful signage amplify the “take your fun seriously” ethos. Durable finishes and modular fixtures enable rapid resets for new drops, while a clean POS zone streamlines the checkout experience. The result is a kinetic, athlete-first space that feels unmistakably Sportista.

south sound development at harbour walk

South Sound Development at Harbour Walk, fit-out. Concept to Completion, Cayman Islands, 850 sq. ft.

Designed for a family office that values privacy and hospitality equally, this 750 sq ft suite balances warmth with precision. The layout arranges an executive desk and a glass-fronted meeting room around a central collaboration table, allowing the space to transition smoothly from focused work to client meetings.

A grounded palette—soft sage, warm wood, matte black framing, and textured upholstery—keeps the tone professional yet inviting. Drum pendants and layered task lighting provide even illumination and acoustic softness; roller shades and glazing control daylight and privacy. Built-in storage conceals equipment and paperwork, while in-table power and AV facilitate a clean, high-tech workspace. The result is a small office that feels expansive: calm, functional, and unmistakably Cayman.

mar store at harbour walk

Mar Store at Harbour Walk, fit-out. Concept to Construction Documents, Cayman Islands, 500 sq. ft.

Conceived as an indoor flower garden, Mar Store turns a compact footprint into a sensorial escape. The design leverages Harbour Walk’s lofty ceiling: a suspended canopy of vivid blooms and delicate bulbs hovers over a pure white cash wrap, transforming the vertical volume into brand theatre. The palette beneath is restrained—matte black fixtures and crisp white planes—so merchandise and floral color read as the protagonists. Full-height glass fronts act as a showcase, drawing passersby into the glow.

Behind the poetry sits rigor. Modular rail and shelf systems support frequent resets across handbags, candles and accessories; concealed storage keeps the floor serene. Layered lighting—accent spots on product, soft canopy sparkle, and under-shelf glow—guides the eye and flatters materials. A clean, efficient POS sits at the center like a jewel box worktable, while discreet signage and fragrance complete the sensorial brand story. The result is intimate, feminine and magical—a garden you can shop.
